Fonds consists of the official records of Kitley Township, including Council Minutes, 1883-1979; Collectors and Combined Rolls, 1876-1976; and miscellaneous Clerk's-Treasurer's Records, 1898-1977.

Administrative History or Biographical Sketch

The Township of Kitley, Leeds and Grenville County, Ontario, was incorporated effective January 1, 1850 under the terms of the Baldwin Act, Chapter 81, Canada Statutes, 1849.
