Fonds consists of business records of McAuley and Healey, including a letterbook and invoices. Invoices are for products such as apples, hay, oats and hops. Letters concern dealings of the company with buyers in Montreal, New York, Toronto, Halifax, Liverpool and other centres. Most of the letters appear to concern sales of apples.

Administrative History or Biographical Sketch

McAuley and Healey were fruit and vegetable wholesalers and packers based in Picton, Ontario during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The firm was founded and operated by D. McAuley and D. J. Healey.
