The fonds consists of 15 reels of 16 mm. film featuring scenes from Toronto and Southern Ontario 1937- 1946.

Film subjects include Georgian Bay scenes, including Camp Franklin, Franklin Island, and Nascoot; 1939 Royal Visit; Victory in Europe Day; Ice Follies; a Skating Carnival; and scenes from the Niagara region.

Albert J. Kinsey was a Toronto, Ontario purchasing agent and amateur photographer.
