File consists of oral history records documenting the life and career of Charles Scullion (b. 1926), a lawyer who, he was appointed Provincial Court Judge in 1978, subsequently becoming Senior Judge at the College Park Courts (1979). Interview topics include: police officer; University of Toronto extension course; Osgoode Hall Law School; articling; junior, Attorney General's Department; Provincial Court Judge, 1978; early cases; Senior Judge, College Park Courts, 1979; Provincial Court Judges Association; select cases. Interviewer unknown. File includes six audio cassette tapes from a series of three interviews and a transcript (200 p.).
