File consists of oral history records documenting the life and career of Gordon Goldrich (b. 1922), who was the first Sheriff and Local Registrar for the Province of Ontario, a position he retained from 1982 to 1990. This interview concerns his personal and professional history and was conducted as part of the Attorney General Project. Interview topics include: early years; first employment; Supreme Court Rules Committee; enforcing writs; Central West experiment-courts; Sheriff of Ontario; retirement; favourite Attorney General and accomplishments, among others. File includes four audio cassette recordings and a transcript with index (123 p.).
