File consists of oral history records documenting the life and career of John J. Fitzpatrick (b. 1914), a Toronto- area lawyer and judge who was involved with the Advocates' Society. Interview topics include: University of Toronto, St .Michaels; Air Force, 1942; Junior, Phelan, O'Brien, Phelan & Fitzpatrick, 1949-1955; early memories of The Advocates' Society; appointment to the bench, 1982; various cases. Interviewer unknown. File includes five audio cassette recordings from a series of three interviews and a transcript with index (150 p.).
