File consists of oral history records documenting the life and career of Margaret Campbell (b. 1912), a Toronto- area lawyer who was appointed Family Court Justice in 1971. Interview topics include: University of Toronto; Osgoode Hall Law School; articling; Junior, W.A. Davidson; discrimination against women; Kappa Beta Pi; Women's Law Association; Alderman, Toronto; Budget Chief, Toronto; running for mayor, Toronto; Family Court Judge, 1971; elected MPP, 1973; Liberal Justice Critic. Interview conducted by Christine J.N. Kates. File includes six audio cassette recordings from a series of three interviews and a transcript with index (176 p.).
