File consists of oral history records documenting the life and career of Mayer Lerner (b. 1906), a laywer who was appointed as a judge in the Supreme Court of Ontario in 1971. Interview topics include: University of Western Ontario; Osgoode Hall Law School; articling; early practice; select cases; appointment to Supreme Court of Ontario, 1971; select cases; retirement.
