Interview topics include: his childhood years; University of Toronto; Osgoode Hall; early practice; his first election; his appointment as a judge; select cases; his involvement with the Law Society of Upper Canada as Under-Treasurer. Interview conducted by Christine J.N. Kates. File includes six audio cassette recordings from a series of five interviews and two volumes of transcript with indexes (154 p.) and photocopies of articles and meeting minutes related to C. Bennett.
