Fonds consists of various administrative records of the Ontario Music Educators' Association (OMEA), including meeting minutes, constitutions, financial statements and reports, treasurer's records, records of conferences and workshops, and records of the president.
Fonds also contains numerous issues of The Recorder, the official publication of the Ontario Music Educators' Association. Also included is a photocopy of a history of the association, entitled "A History of the Ontario Music Educators' Association, 1919-1974," by Diana Victoria Brault; a PhD thesis for the Department of Music Education of the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester in 1977.
Fonds also contains photographs of the Ontario Music Educators' Association including photos of members of OMEA taken during workshops, performances and conferences and images of former presidents from 1952-2007.
