Series consists of 4-H records collected by the Ontario Agricultural Museum. The records in the series document many aspects of 4-H's activities. The series are arranged in seven sub-series.

The 4-H records acquired by the Ontario Agricultural Museum may have been received from a variety of sources including private donations, transfers from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and donations received as a result of the activities of the 4-H History Book and Archives Committee. The 4-H History Book and Archives Committee was made up of Ministry and 4-H representatives who came together to aid in the writing of a book on the history of 4-H in Ontario. The book was written to celebrate 80th anniversary of 4-H in Ontario.
