Series consists of Judge Francis Denton's benchbooks containing trial notes taken during the hearing of civil and criminal cases. Typically the notes will record place, date and time of the trial, the names of the parties, lawyers and witnesses, and often a summary of the evidence given by each witness.
The benchbooks are arranged in chronological order and indexed by the plaintiff's surname.
